These Terms of Service govern your use of the Impryntd website at impryntd.com. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. These Terms cover the pre-launch website only. Separate Terms will apply when the Impryntd app launches.
1. Using the site
Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not:
- Infringe anyone else's rights
- Disrupt or interfere with the site or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
- Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
2. The Waitlist
When you join the waitlist:
- You confirm your information is accurate
- You agree we may contact you by email about Impryntd
- You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@impryntd.com
- Joining the waitlist creates no contractual obligation on our part to provide the app or any specific services
3. Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, design, illustrations, logos, the Impryntd brand name and tagline — is owned by us or our licensors. You may share links and quote brief portions with attribution. You may not reproduce or use our content commercially without written permission.
Anything you submit to us is processed per our Privacy Policy. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use submitted content for operating Impryntd. We will not publish anything you submit without your explicit consent.
4. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites. We don't endorse these and aren't responsible for their content or policies.
5. Editorial content
Notes (blog) content is for general interest only. It is not professional advice of any kind.
6. No warranty
The site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or the eventual launch of the Impryntd app.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits our liability for fraud, negligence causing death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify waitlist members of material changes by email.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
